2. Data we process when you contact us
The website has no forms and no user accounts. We process personal data only when you contact us by e-mail or phone. In that case we process your name, your contact details (e-mail address, phone number) and the content of your message.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps before entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping business correspondence).
We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the periods required by Bulgarian commercial, accounting and tax law.
3. Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, acting as our processor. When the site is opened, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, user agent, date and time of the request and the requested page. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps these logs only for a short period.
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. No cookies, no analytics, no profiling
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients
Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is disclosed only to the hosting processor named above, to our e-mail and phone service providers where technically needed, and to authorities where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
Under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to slavyanistil@gmail.com.
